The scope of the work consists of (but is not limited to): The installation of heat pump systems at a two story, two-family building in Portland, Maine. Port Resources located on Gannett Drive in South Portland is accepting bids for the labor and material for a heat pump project for a group home for people with developmental disabilities located in the city of Portland, ME. The proposed amendment (1) extends the term of the District to its maximum allowable term of 30 years, (2) updates the Town projects and activities listed in the Development Program, (3) modifies the geographic boundaries of the District and (4) extends the term of an existing credit enhancement agreement. Town of Falmouth The Falmouth Town Council will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, Januat 7:00 PM via ZOOM to hear public comment on a proposed 4th amendment to the Town's existing Route One North Tax Increment Financing District and related Development Program. Written public comments may be sent to the Department of Transportation, Traffic Engineering Division, 16 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333. A copy of the application may also be seen at the Planning Office in Brunswick Town Hall at 85 Union Street in Brunswick. The application will be filed for public inspection at the Maine Department of Transportation Region 1 Office, 51 Pleasant Hill Road, Scarborough, ME 04074 during normal working hours. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application. The residential dwelling units are expected to generate 123 one-way trips during the weekday AM peak hour and 156 one-way trips during the weekday PM peak hour. Construction has begun and is expected to continue through December of 2023. The sites are located within Brunswick Landing, south of Landing Drive and both east and west of Admiral Fitch Avenue, in Brunswick. The application is for residential developments within Brunswick Landing, which will provide: 82 Single-Family House Lots (8 already built), 52 Dwelling Units in Five Multi-Family Buildings and 108 apartment units which have already been built and occupied.
